How a job goes
Seven steps, in order. Open one for the detail.
- You call or text. What you have in mind, and where the house is.
- A walk-through at the house. No charge. The job is measured on site and the questions are asked there.
- A written quote. Itemised: what is included, what is not, and what each part costs.
- A start date, in writing. The dates are settled before anything is torn out.
- The work. One crew, one number, and the site swept at the end of every day.
- The final walk-through. Anything not right is put right before the final payment.
- Final payment, and the paperwork. Permits and paperwork come to you, to keep.

How we work
Six terms, on every job. Open one for the reason.
Every quote is itemised in writing.
So the price of each part is plain before anything starts.
Changes are priced in writing.
If the job changes, the cost is set down and agreed before the change is made.
You never pay in full up front.
A deposit, payments as the work progresses, and the balance after the final walk-through.
The site is left clean.
At the end of every day, not only the last one.
One number, start to finish.
The person who answers is the person doing the work.
If something is not right, it is put right.
Say so at any point in the job, not only at the walk-through at the end.
